Digital printing has a lot of advantages over offset lithographic printing. The plates that are involved with the production of lithographic prints can be very expensive for short runs, especially where multiple designs are involved. Whereas with digital print there are no plate set up or screen charges, so short runs of multiple artworks are much more viable. This also means that samples to check colours, and last minute design changes are not an issue where this could be incredibly costly for lithographic printing.
Our digital press can print up to SRA3 (450mm by 320mm) up to 350gsm, but for larger sheet sizes / thicker card we would either UV or solvent print from rolls.
